Only Dog friendly dogs will be considered as guests at Riley's Dog Lodge
If you are wanting to book with us from outside PEI. We realize a pre-visit (if you haven't booked with us in the past) proves to be difficult....So please ensure your dog is well socialized (Dog friendly) prior to making arrangements at our facility as we are not trained to socialize or train dogs.
All canine visitors have to provide up to date Vet vaccination certificate, including Bordetella (kennel cough) before visiting.

All pups MUST be on monthly flea and tick prevention.
​
PEI Guests (if not previously visited) we will require a pre-visit to make sure we are the right fit for your pup/Dog as we are not trained to socialize or train dogs.

ABOUT US
Riley's Lodge offers a unique non-cage boarding opportunity in our lodge.
Our priority is to have your pet have fun in a safe & loving environment during their stay.
I am from PEI & had moved to Halifax in 2000 where I worked until 2016. I wanted to move "back home" but craved self employment. From that idea, I was encouraged to do what I love.
I love dogs.
I recently attained my Canine CPR & First Aid certificate. ** renewed March 2022 **
My partner Jeff & I will ensure the best accommodations for your fur babies in a cage free environment while you are away.
So that's where the idea was born.
Riley was a boarder collie I had; so the business is a tribute to his life & his love.
THE DOG DAY CARE - $40.00
By Appointment Only - No Walk ins​.
The Dog Day Care is designed for those days where your dog needs a safe place to be, when you are at work, appointments or just need some you time. The Day Care will always be manned either by myself or Jeff.
There will be ample play time outside in a spacious yard guarded by a 6 foot fence, it is a buried fence, to ensure safety for our guests.

All canine visitors have to provide up to date Vet vaccination certificate, including Bordetella (kennel cough).
​
All pups MUST be on monthly flea and tick prevention.
​
The Daycare will not be accepting intact males over one year old.
THE DOG LODGE - $ 70.00
By Appointment Only - No Walk ins
The Dog Lodge will always be manned either by myself or Jeff. We have camera surveillance to ensure safety & security for our clients & our property. There will be ample play time outside in a spacious yard guarded by a 6 foot fence, it is a buried fence, to ensure safety for our guests.
The lodge is equipped with a heat pump for heating & cooling. Other features include a fireplace, couches, chairs, window benches & several dog beds.

The Dog Lodge will not be accepting intact males over one year old.
